Eligibility Criteria for LESCO Jobs 2026
For manager-level positions
- Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in senior or middle management (BPS-18 or equivalent).
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on last date.
For Deputy Manager level posts
- Education: Master’s or 4-year bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in junior or middle management position (BPS-17 or equivalent).
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years on last date.
Additional requirements
- Candidates must have NCEAC registration (National Accreditation Council for Computing Education).
- Preference will be given to candidates with LESCO work experience or IT-related certifications (such as cyber security, ERP, or networking).
